All orders (except furniture items) paid by credit/debit card are packed within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and store opening times (10.30am-6.00pm GMT Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday and national holidays). If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the delay via email and despatch it to you as soon as it arrives. Your order should reach you within 2 working days.
On purchase of large furniture items we will confirm estimated delivery date with you via email. Most items of furniture have a 4-8 week lead time.
European and International Delivery
We ship items overseas using Royal mail and Parcelforce Worldwide. All orders paid for by credit/debit card will be packed within 48 hours subject to stock availability and store opening times (10.30am-6.00pm GMT Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday and national holidays). If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the delay via email and despatch it to you as soon as it arrives. Your order should reach you within three working days.
Please note that Royal Mail, Parcelforce or their representatives will require a signature on delivery. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. If you cannot attend the delivery or wish to send the item as a gift, you may enter an alternative delivery address when you order. Furthermore, import taxes or duties may apply on receipt of the parcel and we have no control over this.
